Project 1 - Men's Scarf

Hey Guys,

What a way to start the year than start a new crochet project!

My first project (that I managed to complete) is a men's scarf. I used a really simple pattern. I have seen that pattern in a few places online. Below is my completed work.

Below is the pattern I used:

ch 253

Row 1: HDC in third Ch from hook, HDC in each following chain. At the end of the row CH 2, turn

Repeat this for 16 rows. sl stitch in the last chain to finish off

You may sc along the border for a nice finish.

I feel that there is a certain magic in crochet. In the way the yarn develops into a pattern that develops into beautiful things.
